BOXING BOOT CAMP

A hybrid of our signature BH Fit & Boxing for Fitness classes. This class will sculpt, tone, and build your body to its peak performance. Great for all fitness levels. Boxing boot camp will incorporate kettlebells, dumbells, TRX, body weight, agility drills, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn calories like never before!

What to bring: Boxing shoes, wrestling shoes, or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps, 16oz gloves for males, 12-14oz gloves for females.
