Get fit. Not hit. This boxing inspired workout has you training like a boxer without the contact. Learn basic boxing skills, and techniques designed to increase muscular strength, and cardio endurance - the perfect workout to get shredded! This class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, agility drills, and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories.

BOXING FOR FITNESS

You don’t have to be a professional fighter to enjoy training for the next big fight. This boxing inspired workout has you training like a real prize fighter without the contact. An instructor will guide you through a work-out that mimics the pros — just be ready to put on a pair of gloves and tear into a heavy bag. Learn basic boxing skills, and techniques designed to increase muscular strength, and cardio endurance - the perfect workout to get shredded! This class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, heavy bag work, agility drills, and core strengthening exercises. You will sweat like crazy, build a rock solid core, and burn hundreds of calories.

What to bring: Boxing shoes, wrestling shoes, or bare feet, athletic wear, hand wraps, 16oz gloves for males, 12-14oz gloves for females.
